(about the author: she writes contemporary fiction from her experience of being
raised in the Mennonite church.)

This book is about a Mennonite young woman (Carly) who is 27, unmarried, and lives alone. She rides around her Oregon neighborhood on a pink beachcomber bicycle with her lop-eared rabbit who rides in the front basket. She loves her life and the elderly residents at an assisted living facility where she works as a caregiver.
One elderly resident (Martha) is approaching her 85th birthday. With the help of a wood shop instructor (Adam) at the facility, they set off to search for Martha’s lost love for a surprise reunion.
Will they find the elderly gentleman? Will Carly and Adam fall in love? You will have to read the book to find out!
