Dear Scramble Captain, 

Thank you for planning to participate in the Christian Family & Children's Center's 23^rd Annual Golf Benefit! We are looking forward to a great day as the plans for the event on Saturday, October 8^th are being finalized.

We wanted to pass along the following for you to look over in advance. It is your responsibility to notify your foursome of all rules and procedures.

            1.         Directions to our North Campus in Donegal as well as the Donegal Highlands Golf Course are enclosed. Please feel free to call the Center if you need additional directions.

            2.         A summary of the rules of play are enclosed. NEW: Mulligans will be available!

           3.         Winning teams will be determined by raw score. We will offer trophies for first place teams in Mens, Ladies, and Mixed divisions.

4.         As a captain we ask that you would please keep play moving. If the group in front of you is more than one shot ahead, please pick up play. This is critical in order for us to make the event run smoothly and enjoyable for everyone.

Please arrive at 10:30 A.M. at the North Campus in Donegal to register and enjoy lunch before teeing off.

Upon leaving the Center you may want to participate in the putting contest which will take place on the practice putting green. See the enclosed details about this addition to the event. Your cart and tee assignment will be waiting at the course.

____: If checked we have received your early CAPTAINs Registration (By July 15^th) and you will be able to pick up a dozen free balls at the registration table.

____: If checked, your team has been registered by the July 31^st Early Registration discount and the individuals who have paid by then will receive the $5 discount.
