Professionally... I have several years of food service
experience. I have worked in all aspects of food service and
restaurant management. I started working in restaurants in high
school and have had every job imaginable in the food service
industry, from waitress to cook to manager. I have
also been trained to be a Food Safety Technician, a job in which
I taught others how to be safe in commercial kitchens. All of this,
I believe, has served me well to be Food Service Director here at Champion
Christian School. As Support Staff, I am over at the South Campus,
which houses preschool through fourth grade. I enjoy my position,
interacting with and assisting the teachers, students and parents on
a daily basis.
I am married to Mark Sharlock, my college sweetheart. We met for the
first time in 1989 at the College of Charleston. He is a cabinet builder
by trade but also works some at the Center, in a maintenance capacity. We
both have our CDL licenses and can be seen driving busses for the school
on occasion!
I moved to Pennsylvania, from South Carolina, in 2000, when Mark and I were married. We have lived in Bear Rocks for 10 years and have three kids, Kevi, Isadora and Otto, who all attend Champion Christian School. We are animal lovers and currently have a dog, cat, rabbit, quaker parrot, two turtles, 5 finches and some fish! As a family we all love to go camping (sometimes just in our own backyard), fishing and just be outdoors in general. We can often be found around our backyard fire pit, roasting marshmallows and eating s'mores on any given night! We love the Steelers, the Penguins and the Pirates, college basketball and Formula 1 Racing. I am so thankful to be a part of the ministry here at the
Center. God is good!
