You should receive the following information after registering
Dear Scramble ,
Thank you for planning to participate in the Christian Family & Children's Center's annual golf benefit! We are looking forward to a very enjoyable day as plans for the event on Saturday, are being finalized.
We wanted to pass along the following materials for you to look over in advance. It is your responsibility to notify your foursome of all rules and procedures in order to assure a fun day.
1. A map is enclosed and on the web for those not sure where the golf course is. Please feel free to call the Center if you need additional directions.
2. A summary of the rules of play are enclosed and also on the web.
3. This year, based on participant feedback, everyone will compete in the Raw Score Division. Make sure you understand the scoring for this event.
4. Please keep play moving. If the group in front of you is more than one shot ahead, please pick up play. If you don’t the timing of the event can be jeopardized.
5. Please find a partial list of prizes on the web and enclosed.
A FEW REMINDERS:
*If you are playing in the afternoon, please arrive at the course by 11:30 A.M. and enjoy lunch before your starting time so that play can proceed as planned.
*If you are playing in the morning, arrive at 7:30 A.M.; you will eat after the program.
*The program will begin at 12:15 P.M. and conclude before the afternoon tee off at 1:00 P.M. You may want to arrive earlier to assure adequate amounts of time in the putting green and to warm up.
*When you first arrive at the golf course, look for the registration table to sign in and receive a tee assignment. Again, thank you for participating! If you have any other questions, please contact the Center. 724-455-2122 extension 104
*All events will begin on time. We will not wait for latecomers. Late morning players will miss the program.
