Dear Parents,

All kindergarten and new students to Champion Christian School will be administered the Slosson Intelligence Test, which is a test to evaluate a child's ability to succeed in school. The Slosson is a screening device used to identify risk areas for a child which need to be identified for present and later school experience. The Slosson is an individually administered test which means the test will be given to one child at a time.

On the attached page, there is a permission form for your child to take this test. Please sign and return this form as soon as possible. The results of the testing will be given to you at a report card meeting during the year.
