** Schedule is applicable to both MWF AM/PM and T TH AM/PM at both campuses. **

** Schedule varies at teacher's discretion depending on weather and unit focus. **

MORNING PRESCHOOL CLASSES:

8:45-9:15 - Arrival time - Children arrive and settle into classroom. Children's items go into cubbies, library books are turned in, parents and teacher talk, and so forth. Children participate in a structured, group activity at this time.

9:15 - 10:00 - Self-Directed Play/Clean-up Time

10:00-10:30 - Large Group Time/Circle Time

This is the time when we discuss the unit/lesson, read Bible stories, do the calendar,

discuss the weather, sing songs, do finger plays, share our feelings and thoughts, pray, complete

learning activities/unit activities, explore numbers, letters, colors, shapes, and so much more.

10:30-11:30 - Activity Time - This time will be a special group learning experience and will be divided between outside play or physical activity, snack, and arts and crafts or some other sensory activity. Approximately 20 minutes will be devoted to each activity. Times wil be adjusted to the activities of the day.

11:30-11:45 - Closing - During this time, we will review songs and Bible stories. We will prepare for parent arrival or lunch. Once a month, a secret reader will tell or read a story to the children.

11:45-12:15 - Lunch time - Preschool students may participate in the hot lunch program here at school.

AFTERNOON PRESCHOOL CLASSES:

12:15-12:45 - Arrival time
