            Our ministry at the Center has many different needs in which you may be able to help. We always welcome people with specific skills who would be willing to share their time with us. Specifically, if you have talents and interests in the following areas, or if you know of anyone who does, please contact one of the trustee members. Church or other groups? We’d love to have your help. Would a group at your church be interested in taking one of these projects on as a mission? We will provide materials and supplies - what we need is someone willing to take on the project and finish it! You can work at your own pace and schedule, unless the project affects program space directly.

Major Fall Schedule Coming UP:

1. South Campus Roof Repair project 9/5 and 9/6. Replace flat roof over offices with rubber roofing. Need willing people to help handle and put down material. No skills other than willing to be on a flat roof required. Contact Kevin Hiltabitle or Merle for more information.

2. We have a donated Double Wide trailer that needs put together (now approximately 1 foot apart on kribbing block that needs finished, connected and blocks put under. Contact Randy Winemiller or Merle for more info.

3. South Preschool Play Areas: Need to repaint some of our equipment and spruce it up some. Also need a small 8 x 8 storage area built to store toy equipment in the preschool area. Contact Merle if you are willing to help.

 Here are some of the other areas that we need assistance in:

SOUTH CAMPUS - Indian Head

1. Outdoor Work

            •          Work on playground equipment (both Elementary and Preschool) Staining, and painting

            •          Create storage shed/play house for Preschool (we have roof, approx 8x8)

            •          Install Chain Link Fence by hill

2. Painters to do rooms and hallways

3. Ceramic Tile Installation for lunch/bathroom hall

4. Landscaping Work, flowers (perennials)

5. Build Closet Storage shelving in MP room.

 

ATHLETIC FIELDS/GROUNDS

1. Concession Stand finish lnadscaping work;

2. Bleachers Built on Soccer Field as well as chainlink fence installed along lower area

3. Locating and Donating Trees for along Harr Field

4. Landscaping Work, flowers, mulch, weeding

5. Build a Pavillion Area

NORTH CAMPUS - Donegal

1. Install Outdoor Lighting Along Road

2. Swing-set and slide for play area installed

3. Industrial Kitchen Supplies/Equipment-walk in freezer door & compressor unit & coolers and building an island for the kitchen

4. Paint selected Rooms

5. Repaint Lines on Basketball Court

6. Helpers to Connect a Doublewide storage trailer

MAINTENANCE BUILDING - Donegal

1. Build bus washing station concrete pad poured

2. Hand Tools collected for donation for maintenance work and garage work

OTHER WORK/Needs

1. Billboard installed

2. Large Tent(s) for events

3. Tractor Riding Mower (good shape)

4. Technology Needs: Electronic White Boards; Digital Projectors; Pentium 4 or better Computers; flatscreen monitors; Smart Boards

5. Library Books: Special focus areas; Christian based or other appropriate fantasy and books with imagination focuses; and volunteer workers!
