Elementary Student Bell Choir!

"Praise the Lord with the harp; make music to him on the ten-stringed lyre. Sing to Him a new song; play skillfully, and shout for joy."  ~ Psalm 33:2-3  

        The verse above highlights the main focus of our elementary music classes this year.  We have been learning to become skillful in our music knowledge, appreciation, and performance.  We've learned several Biblical purposes of music and have been applying those to our daily lives.  We've learned to praise God with our voices and our talents.  It's been a great year in music class as we have explored folk music, Christmas music, musical music and production, and Patriotic music.  The students experienced music theory and have truly expanded their interest in, appreciation of, and skill in music!
