End of the year trip

In Preschool, we occassionally join elementary for our end of the year field trip. This particular year, we went with the Elementary School to the Pittsburgh Zoo. We were studying a Pet and Animal Unit and had a wonderful time learning first hand about so many of the animals we talked about in class. It was difficult to decide which was our favorite animal. The children had a marvelous time watching the animals, talking about the animals, and even making the animal sounds. Although it was rainy and cool, the children highly enjoyed themsleves. What a great day of learning and fun we had together!
