If you have been contacted by the Charity Benefit committee to confirm your pre-bid you must:
1. Read these instructions in their entirety
2. Confirm to the committee member that you have read and understand this process. Confirmation can be made by phone or via email. You may include this information in your original bid if you would like.
3. If this confirmation is not received the next highest bidder will be contacted.
4. If you have a direct connection with the Center then your bid will be accepted without guarantee or information. If you do not have a direct connection this is a contract stating you will pay the amount of your bid with pay pal or make further arrangements with the Technology department by calling 724-593-9200 Ext: 113.

General Instructions
This year’s event will be comprised of four sections:
1. An Pre-Bidding On-line auction which will accept bids until the day of the event at 4:00.
2. Local bids can be made until the day of the event. Bids will be accepted at the Center.
3. Sorry, there is no Real Time On-Line Auction which can allow you to bid on items during the Event.
4. A main event Live Auction that will happen beginning at 6:00 PM the day of the auction. You may find out more details about each of these events by checking below:
PROCESS OF BIDDING
1. All items that are up for bid can be bid on in each format. To find the current highest bid, you must check this Website. All silent bids will be gathered and posted to the web site periodically, as will bids that are submitted via the online auction.
2. Checking the Website periodically is the only way to know what the current highest pre-bid is.
3. On the day of the event at 4:00 PM EST all highest pre-bids will be established and pre-bidding will be no longer accepted. The bidders will be contacted and bid confirmed by a pre-payment agreement. (This agreement can be seen in the Payment verification section of this page.) Payment guarantees accepted will be VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, PAY PAL or certified check. NOTE: to expedite the process of trying to contact many people at the end of the day before the auction, the committee may contact a bidder in advance if there hasn't been a good deal of activity on the web bidding process.
4. The highest confirmed pre-bid will be given by the internet bidding committee at the day of the auction. Should no other bids be made the item will sell to the pre-bidder. Should a higher bid be obtained, it will be sold at the auction. All pre-bids must be guaranteed with VISA, MASTERCARD , DISCOVER, PAY PAL or a certified check, unless the bidder has a direct connection with the Center.
5. The day of the auction, all items will be sold to the highest bidder. Bids received from the on-line auction and the silent auction will be presented during the night of the auction.
6. Items may have minimum acceptable bids. These bids have been established by the committee and the donors to assure that the ministry receives value from the gift.
On-Line and Pre-bid Sales:
1. Bidders will be contacted by the committee to verify validity of highest bid.
2. Bidder will verify sale and guarantee payment.
3. Bidder must include shipping in payment if not picking up item within three days.
